In June 2023, we began mentoring 10 young women, focusing on building their confidence and empowering them with valuable skills. Throughout the year, we invited a bank manager to teach them about financial literacy and budgeting. We also trained them in soap-making, enabling them to start small businesses and earn extra income.

It was truly inspiring to watch these young women grow. One of them, who works in tourism, became the top salesperson on her team. By learning to speak up with confidence, she exceeded expectations and outperformed her entire team. We are incredibly proud of her achievements.

Although their mentoring year has ended, these young women will always be part of the G.O.A.L.S. family. We look forward to seeing them contribute to G.O.A.L.S. and pass on their knowledge to the younger generation.

None of this would have been possible without the dedication and expertise of our amazing mentors. Their contributions and guidance have been invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for their hard work and support. We are excited to have them join us in our new mission to work with young girls and build our community center and café.
